Coming up with engaging captions can be one of the hardest parts about posting consistently. Short captions like a quick emoji or just “loved this day” can be fun here and there but they don’t really offer your audience any way to engage with you. On the other hand, it’s so easy to start overthinking and post overly vulnerable captions or just not know what to say at all.

In case you’re struggling to navigate the world of captions, we hope this will help! We’ve created a simple 30 Day Caption Challenge with 30 caption ideas! These prompts are meant to help get you out of your comfort zone a little, start getting in the habit of consistently sharing your life with your audience, find your groove and figure out your voice in a way that is engaging for your audience but still feels true to you!
